Demolition of ‘heritage’ building knocked back by council

An application for a new medical centre at Mount Barker has been knocked back by council’s assessment panel due the proposed demolition of buildings, despite its heritage consultant deeming the works compliant and the structure “irredeemably beyond repair”.
