The Callington Hotel’s re-opening has been pushed back to November, as its new owners finish ticking off heritage listing compliances.
The hotel has been closed for about eight years, with more than $3 million worth of upgrades spent by owners across the time.
Operations Manager Sarah Manhire said its new owners want everything in place before opening the doors.
