Parading a giant rainbow serpent in the Christmas Where The Angnas Flows pageant was an idea years in the making, and last week, 1st Strathalbyn Scout Group members were rewarded for their efforts by winning the float competition.

“We were pretty pumped,” Cub Scout leader, Simon Mu
