About $7000 was raised for the restoration of the historic St Andrews Uniting Church during a recent open garden.
More than 370 people visited the Woodchester property Dalveen, which has had six generations of the Richardson family who worked on the farm for the past 171 years.
The farm has also recently hit the market.
