Goolwa’s beloved paddle steamer was welcomed home by a local fan group to its wharf mooring early Thursday morning, after a month of dry dock works.
Led by shipwright Adam Auditori, a group of dedicated volunteers have worked in trying weather conditions to replace planks in the PS Oscar W’s hull, which also received a fresh lick of paint, engine and other restoration works.
