Dog registration fees for Alexandrina pet owners will remain unchanged over the next financial year, providing some financial reprieve for residents with canines.
Changes to the Dog and Cat Management Act in April 2017 gave Alexandrina Council the authority to set its own dog registration fees, however, it must provide a mandatory rebate for canines that are desexed and microchipped.
