Mount Compass student wins Alexandrina Mayor’s Short Story Challenge

Mount Compass Area School student Ember Townley is this year’s overall winner of the Alexandrina Council Mayor’s Short Story Challenge.

The annual initiative, which supports the development of language and literacy skills in school-aged children from reception to year 10, received 385 entries from across the region, with four coming out on top.
