Duncan Norris may have won the Goolwa Mayor’s Community Service Award, but while he says the award is an honour, he is a firm believer in group effort.
“There is always the group behind you,” Mr Norris said.
“As I said to someone, ‘you might be at the steering wheel but you need a decent engine to keep going forward and driving it’.”
