Goolwa support group calls for more wildlife corridors

A Goolwa-based wildlife support group is calling for more wildlife corridors within and between housing developments as the Fleurieu and Hills region undergoes its development boom.

Deanne Smith, who runs Alexandrina Wildlife Support Group, said increasing development was driving animals into backyards where they were often unwelcome, with recent hot weather escalating the problem.
