A mural by acclaimed Hayborough artist Chad Spencer was recently unveiled by Alexandrina Mayor Keith Parkes who cut a ribbon at Goolwa Museum & History Centre.
Funded by a council grant, the mural features the horse drawn tramway between Goolwa and Port Elliot, circa 1860.
