Organisers of Goolwa’s Remembrance Day proceedings have reported a turn-out of between 200 and 300 people at Saturday’s service.
The day began at 10.45am with the story of Remembrance Day and how it came to pass, a prayer, and laying of the wreaths from different branches of the forces, community, and school children.
