Despite heavy afternoon rains, it was a perfect balmy evening at the welcoming Goolwa Bowling Club for the annual Royal Flying Doctor Service Fleurieu Support Group dinner and bowls Novelty Fun Night.
Following a dinner prepared by members of the RFDS auxiliary, seasoned bowlers teamed up with ‘newbies’ for some interesting challenges, including bowling with the opposite hand to normal.
