A grass fire at Clayton Bay sparked by mowing quickly burned through about 10 hectares of grass and light scrub before being contained earlier this month.
On January 4, crews from Clayton Bay, Milang, Woodchester, Currency Creek, Goolwa, Middleton, Macclesfield and Strathalbyn quickly brought the blaze under control, and bombers released four drops.
