News crews swarmed the suspected human bones site on Saturday after the discovery was made public. Strathalbyn and nearby communities were left in shock after suspected human remains were found by a local roadside last Friday.
At about 2.30pm on June 9, Hills Fleurieu police and forensic investigators were called to Paris Creek Road following reports bones had been found under an olive tree.
