Strathalbyn basketballer Alex Blackmore joined the Western Australian team in being crowned the champions of the recent National Junior Wheelchair Championships in Queensland.
The Black Ducks won six out of the seven games they played, and defeated Victoria in the grand final 51-43 in a nail-biting game up until the end.
