The community has welcomed the announcement of a new $30 million school planned for Strathalbyn, marking the first Catholic school in the Alexandrina region.
The new primary school – expected to open in 2029 – will be a campus of St Francis de Sales College and will cater for students in reception to year 6, with the possibility of expansion to year 9, depending on enrolment demand.
