An Underdale man was taken to hospital after crashing into a vineyard at Langhorne Creek last Thursday.
Just before 1.30pm on November 16, SA Police, Langhorne Creek Country Fire Service, Strathalbyn State Emergency Service and SA Ambulance Service were called to Meechi Road after a white van left the road and came to a stop in a nearby vineyard.
